We sometimes get questions about places to repair Zune’s in the UK. There is nowhere actually in the UK that we know of, but rapidrepair.com will work with UK customers. Your Zune would just need to be shipped to them in the US and they can ship back to UK no problem.

I’ve dropped my zune and now it won’t turn on. It stopped working once before but I leftit on charge overnight and it started working fine. After this short drop (less than 2 feet) it won’t turn on at all. Any suggestions?

If you leave it plugged in overnight this will sometimes fix it. If not leave it unplugged for a couple of days then try again overnight – no logic I know but it worked for us with a few devices.
